1040 EZ  –  A simple tax return with no dependents.   Example: W2’s only

1040A – This Short form is the next step up from the 1040EZ a few forms may be used.

1040 – The Long form is where you can report all individual incomes, deductions, and credits

1040/sch A – Itemized Deductions

1040/sch C – Small Businesses

1040/sch F – Farm Income & expenses
